A country-specific risk assessment was completed for each destination before travel. In-country support was sourced and vetted for each location. The executive's itinerary was reviewed in advance and a security plan developed for each trip, including airport procedures, ground transport, accommodation security and venue assessments. A communication protocol was established with the executive's PA to ensure real-time schedule updates were received by the security team.
All trips were completed without incident. The executive noted that the security arrangements were unobtrusive and did not interfere with the conduct of business.
