How the survey works
A surveyor reviews perimeter, approach, lighting, glazing, access points, CCTV coverage and camera angles, alarm zoning, safe-room provision and household procedures, then delivers a written report ranking recommendations by risk reduction against cost.
Many recommendations are procedural and cost nothing: changing delivery handling, varying departure times, restricting real-time location posting and controlling contractor access typically remove more risk than additional hardware.

The service is available across London and the Home Counties estate belt, with regional coverage through the company's national deployment hubs.
All residential officers are SIA-licensed, BS 7858 screened, briefed to written assignment instructions and expected to operate to the discretion standard appropriate to a private household.
